About You:
This role requires energetic individuals who seek to make a difference in residents' daily living. Although this is a back of house role, meals are sometimes the residents' favourite part of the day so we want individuals who can put a smile on the resident’s faces. You need to be a very active person as you are on your feet for most of your shift!
The Role:
- Preparing and serving meals and drinks to residents
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
- Setting the dining room for daily meals
- Sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, benches & cutlery and disposing of rubbish
- Adhering to and supporting WH&S and general Food Safety Compliance activities
- Cleaning of facility – residents rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dusting, vacuuming and sweeping. Attention to detail is a must.
Requirements:
- Experience in an Aged Care Facility or hospital (essential)
- Valid National Police Check
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
- Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
- Be willing to complete mandatory training through Crewe Sharp's onboarding process
