Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
  • Working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
  • A good knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder
