Jeeves is rapidly growing its operations across EMEA and is searching for a motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join and scale the EMEA sales organization. The Sales Development Representative will report to the GM in NAM/EMEA and will focus on generating qualified prospects via a multi-channel approach using AI tools, email, WhatsApp, cold calls, events, and channel partners. This position is both hands-on and strategic as the hunter of new business opportunities. The most qualified candidates will also be fluent in Spanish and have some experience in B2B sales across Latin America as well.
Location: This role is a full-time remote position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, focusing on those who could benefit from the company's products or services. Use various tools and platforms to generate a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Outbound Sales Efforts: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients. Use personalized messaging to engage prospects and set up introductory meetings.
- Qualification of Leads: Assess the needs and challenges of prospective clients to determine if they align with the company's solutions. Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all leads and prospects within the company's CRM system. Track interactions, follow-ups, and the progression of leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and other sales team members to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Provide detailed insights and context about each lead to facilitate successful conversions.
- Market and Industry Research: Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech industry. Use this knowledge to tailor outreach strategies and provide relevant information to potential clients.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Regularly track and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of leads generated, outreach efforts, and conversion rates. Use this data to refine strategies and improve results.
- Participation in Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of targeted sales and marketing campaigns. Provide feedback on messaging and content effectiveness based on interactions with prospects.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the companyโs products, services, and value propositions. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from prospects and clients about the company's offerings and share insights with the product and marketing teams to help refine and improve products and services.
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech, finance, or technology industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience working across EMEA and preferably Latin America in B2B sales.
- Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification. Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Prospecting Tools: Experience using various prospecting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to identify and engage with potential clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
