What You'll Do:
- Build and dismantle temporary structures for major events, including marquees, grandstands, and staging.
- Work within a skilled crew, ensuring efficiency, precision, and top-tier workmanship.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders, site supervisors, and fellow crew members.
- Travel nationwide to work on exciting projects in a variety of locations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced builders of temporary structures (minimum 1 year in event construction, scaffolding, or similar).
- Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding environments.
- Strong teamwork skills; reliability and a proactive attitude are a must.
- Health & safety-conscious, adhering to PPE and site regulations.
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including early starts and long shifts when required.
