- Skilled Installers(choose your speciality):
- Marquee Installers– Framed marquees, clearspan, stretch tents, tipis
- Stage Builders & Staging Technicians– Modular staging, concert platforms
- Seating Erectors– Grandstands, tiered platforms, portable seating
- Riggers– Lifting and securing structural elements, lighting rigs
- Scaffolders– Temporary scaffolding for events and TV/film sets
- Plant Licence Holders:
- Telehandler Operators(CPCS or NPORS)
- Forklift Truck Drivers(counterbalance, reach)
- IPAF-certified MEWP Operators(Scissor lift, boom lift)
- Crew Managers– Lead crews of 4–10, coordinate logistics, manage safety, timesheets and client liaison
Skilled Crew Members:
- Unpack, position, assemble and dismantle temporary structures to client specifications
- Follow site plans and RAMS (risk assessments and method statements)
- Operate plant machinery safely (for licence holders)
- Ensure all PPE is worn correctly and safety protocols observed
- Work collaboratively with team members and under the direction of a Crew Manager
Crew Managers:
- Oversee on-site crew performance, scheduling and welfare check-ins
- Serve as primary liaison with clients and site supervisors
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and enforce H&S standards
- Complete and submit daily timesheets, incident reports and equipment checklists
- Mentor and develop junior crew, ensuring skills and certifications are up to date
- Minimum 1–2 years’ proven experiencein at least one of the specialist areas listed above
- Validrelevant qualifications: CSCS, CPCS/NPORS, IPAF, Scaffold CPCS, or equivalent
- Strongline-of-sight to H&S: Manual Handling, Working at Height, First Aid awareness
- Excellentteamwork and communicationskills
- Physically fitand comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively
Crew Managers also require:
- Demonstrableleadership and people-managementexperience (minimum 1 year)
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Competency intimesheet systemsand basic administrative tasks
