Crew Clothing Monmouth is recruiting an Assistant Manager on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) to support the store manager and drive sales, while maintaining high visual standards and a welcoming shopping experience.
You will recruit, motivate and develop the team, deliver excellent customer service, manage cash and systems, and help achieve store KPIs. Prior retail experience and IT/POS skills are desirable.
