Purpose of the role
We are seeking a skilled Workday professional with strong experience in integrations, financials, and data analytics to support and enhance our Workday platform. The role will focus on delivering high-quality integrations, improving financial processes, and supporting ongoing transformation projects across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (inbound/outbound)
- Support and enhance Workday Financials, particularly accounting processes
- Utilize Workday Prism Analytics to support reporting, data transformation, and insights
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and data issues
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday modules
- Support continuous improvement of Workday architecture and processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Workday Integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
- Strong knowledge of Workday Financials / Accounting
- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics
- Experience integrating third-party platforms (e.g., eCommerce, payment systems like Shopify)
- Understanding of financial reconciliation processes
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in multi-entity or retail environments is desirable
