Purpose of the role

We are seeking a skilled Workday professional with strong experience in integrations, financials, and data analytics to support and enhance our Workday platform. The role will focus on delivering high-quality integrations, improving financial processes, and supporting ongoing transformation projects across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations (inbound/outbound)
  • Support and enhance Workday Financials, particularly accounting processes
  • Utilize Workday Prism Analytics to support reporting, data transformation, and insights
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and data issues
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across Workday modules
  • Support continuous improvement of Workday architecture and processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with Workday Integrations (e.g., EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Financials / Accounting
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday Prism Analytics
  • Experience integrating third‑party platforms (e.g., eCommerce, payment systems like Shopify)
  • Understanding of financial reconciliation processes
  • Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in multi‑entity or retail environments is desirable
