Crew Clothing Company is a British lifestyle brand operating across four brands — Crew Clothing, Pringle of Scotland, Saltrock and Ben Sherman — with 130+ Crew stores, a growing digital channel and an omnichannel customer experience. We are in the middle of a significant technology transformation: a new eCommerce platform, a new third‑party logistics partner, and an upgrade to our ERP platform, all running concurrently and targeting delivery before the end of 2027.

Our IT team is small and highly capable. We are building an internal integration function that will own how all our systems connect — and this role is at the foundation of that team.

Purpose of the role

Crew Clothing is building an internal integration capability to own how our systems connect — our eCommerce platform, our new warehouse platform, and our new ERP platform. As Integration Developer, you will be the person who builds and maintains those connections.

You will work within a small, focused integration team, building on Azure Integration Services to create the data flows and APIs that keep our trading systems in sync. This is hands‑on development work with real commercial impact — the integrations you build will determine whether orders flow correctly, stock is accurate, and deliveries go out on time.

This role replaces an external day‑rate dependency. We are bringing this capability in‑house because we want to own it — and that means you will have genuine long‑term ownership of what you build.

What it involves
  • Build and maintain integration flows between all Crew systems — our eCommerce platform, our warehouse management platform, our new ERP platform, and downstream applications
  • Own the Azure Integration Services layer — developing, testing, deploying and monitoring all integration pipeline.
  • Support our new warehouse go‑live — monitoring integrations during hyper care, responding to incidents, and resolving failures quickly
  • Build our eCommerce OMS integration layer — working with our eCommerce delivery partner delivery team to ensure all Crew‑owned integrations are built and tested correctly
  • Develop ERP integration components as our new ERP platform programme advances — building from a template design established by the Technical Lead
  • Write clear technical documentation for all integrations — runbooks, data flow diagrams, error handling guides
  • Participate in on‑call rota for integration incidents during peak trading periods
Key Skills & Experience
  • Solid experience in integration development — building APIs, event‑driven flows, or middleware pipelines in a production environment
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus or equivalent
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, XML and common authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, API keys)
  • Experience integrating ERP, eCommerce or logistics platforms is a strong advantage
  • A debugging mindset — you enjoy finding out why something broke and fixing it properly
  • Reliable and thorough — you test your work, document what you build, and don't cut corners
  • Comfortable in a small team where you will need to work independently and take ownership of your delivery

If successful you will join a small integration team led by a Technical Lead (being appointed), alongside a QA and Delivery Planner. The team sits within the wider Crew Clothing IT function, reporting to the Director of Technology. Three major programmes are running concurrently — our eCommerce platform, a new 3PL warehouse, and our new ERP platform — and your work will touch all three. This is a role with variety, genuine ownership, and the opportunity to build a system that will underpin how Crew trades for years to come.
