Full-Time (4 days in office, 1 from home) Kingston-on-Thames

Purpose of the role: Responsible for supporting the E-Commerce Trading Manager to deliver the sales plan for the season, through ensuring the on-time launch of products with quality images/copy and sufficient cross sales to drive AOV, merchandising the site to optimise sales/conversion. Responsible for managing and updating the Crew Clothing website on a regular basis to ensure the content is inspirational, relevant, engaging and supports the delivery of the key KPIs. Ensures all content on the site is aligned with the Trading and Marketing Calendars, Retail windows and Digital Marketing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the E-Commerce Trading Manager in producing the weekly Monday trade pack, identifying reasons for good/poor performance and suggesting potential actions to make the good better and to rectify poor performing areas.
  • Report on the weekly web and company bestsellers, ensuring they are all online.
  • Communicate the number of new lines launched the week before and any issues with late deliveries/missing digital assets meaning stock is in the warehouse but the product(s) can’t go live.
  • Using reports available communicate any areas of poor availability and report on the number of options live on the site each week by gender.
  • Review stock levels on all product areas, ensuring out of stocks and sale lines are removed from prime categories during non-promotional activity.
  • Use Google Analytics daily to monitor the website and product performance and identify key merchandising and content requirements based on the data.
  • Use the Marketing/Trading Calendars to understand the trading and content priorities and ensure products are featured/merchandised accordingly.
  • Awareness of key promotional activity, ensuring prices are actioned and accurate for launch of the event. Highlight any risks to delivery.
  • Review of sale products to ensure they don’t impact full price product. Remove, hide or de-prioritise when relevant.
  • Support the E-Commerce Trading Manager and Digital Marketing Manager in recommending products for emails and website content slots, ensuring categories are merchandised according to the product/category focus.
  • Work closely with merchandising and VM weekly asking for information on new launches. Identify product opportunities, ensuring the website has sufficient stock to deliver the KPIs.
  • Additional production and communication responsibilities.
