The Shopify / Omnichannel Business Analyst will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation of a new Shopify-based eCommerce platform within a fashion retail environment. The role focuses on ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems—including Order Management System (OMS), Product Information Management (PIM), and Stock/Inventory Management systems—while enabling a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, validated, and delivered in alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or Omnichannel retail
  • Hands‑on experience with Shopify implementations, ideally multi‑brand
  • Strong knowledge of: OMS, PIM, IMS and CSM
  • Experience designing and supporting system integrations (APIs, middleware)
  • Strong understanding of fashion retail processes: Seasonal merchandising, SKU/variant complexity (size, colour), Promotions and markdowns
  • Agile delivery experience, leading sprint planning
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

  • Experience with omnichannel capabilities: Click & Collect / BOPIS, Ship‑from‑store, Endless aisle
  • Knowledge of integration platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services)
  • Exposure to headless commerce or composable architecture
  • SQL or data analysis experience
  • Experience migrating from legacy eCommerce platforms
