Purpose of the role
As a Recruiter at Crew Clothing Company you will work with the HR team and be responsible for bringing new talent into our business, ensuring we are hiring the right people across all functions.
You will be sourcing and attracting the best talent around to join our business.
Understanding who we are, where we are from and where we are going will be key to the candidate experience is the best it can be.
Responsibilities
- Support all functions with recruitment needs for existing and new positions
- Responsible for posting vacancies both on our careers site and external job boards
- Organise any external advertising with third parties, including Universities, and bespoke job boards
- Actively source candidates for Crew from a variety of sources ensuring both suitability and fit
- Build a talent pool of candidates for high turnover roles
- Carry out targeted head hunting where required
- Drive new ways of attracting talent and use social networking to engage and excite
- Organise assessment centres where required for roles
- Conducting telephone interviews for vacancies to assess suitability
- Maintain and build relationships with our recruitment partners
- Maintain consistency and quality of all recruitment activity from start to finish, ensuring this is also best practice of internal managers and key partners alike.
- Reporting into the Talent Manager to keep updated on progress with sourcing candidates
