Role Overview
The Group Digital Content Manager will lead the delivery of high-performing, optimised digital content experiences across multiple e-commerce platforms. Sitting at the intersection of content, commerce, and technology, this role is responsible for driving engagement, conversion, and growth through insight-led content strategy, UX optimisation, and structured experimentation. Working cross-functionally with E-commerce, Marketing, Brand, CRM, Web Development and Retail teams, the role plays a critical part in delivering commercial performance, supporting major trading initiatives, and leading content migration to a new digital platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the e-commerce content strategy aligned to commercial and brand objectives
- Own content across key site areas including homepage, landing pages, category and product pages
- Drive UX, content optimisation and conversion improvement initiatives
- Champion a test-and-learn culture through structured optimisation and A/B testing
- Use insight, analytics and performance data to inform content decisions
- Lead content coordination for platform migration and digital transformation projects
- Manage and develop a small team across website and organic social channels
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver growth and performance
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in e-commerce content management
- Hands-on CMS and platform experience
- Commercial mindset with strong understanding of digital trading and merchandising
- Experience in optimisation, experimentation and A/B testing
- Proven stakeholder and team management experience
- Data-driven, analytical and performance-focused approach
- Experience with Shopify and platform migrations (desirable)
