Responsibilities

  • Allocation/Stock control
  • Allocate and manage stock levels to plan in line with grading strategy.
  • Input initial allocation parameters on the system.
  • To set up and manage delivery schedules, working with suppliers to achieve high launch availability.
  • Carry out regular branch merchandising analysis and take action to maintain balanced product offer in all stores.
  • Build opening stock packages for new stores.
  • Progress chase orders and build relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintain regular contact with stores directly and carry out stock transfers when necessary.
  • Analysis / Administration
  • Produce sales, stock, profit and trend analysis as required by Merchandiser.
  • Process orders and update deliveries.
  • Maintain data and keep all records updated.
  • Liaise with distribution, stores and suppliers
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties to support to the department as and when required.
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Keen interest in product, trends and market activity.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the Crew market and target client base.
