Purpose of the role: The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimising content across the Ben Sherman websites (UK, DE, US). This role plays a key part in ensuring website content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with seasonal promotional and marketing calendars. The Digital Content Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, improve site performance, and drive conversions through strategic content planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Content Manager in owning the online content planner for each site, ensuring alignment with key promotional and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and publish SEO-optimised blog content to support seasonal campaigns and enhance organic search visibility.
  • Oversee the visual merchandising of homepage, product landing pages, blogs, and promotional banners to optimise user experience and conversion rates.
  • Brief and collaborate with the Creative Team on imagery and copy requirements to support e-commerce goals.
  • Manage seasonal meta data uploads, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
  • Utilise Google Analytics and other data tools to track website performance, identify content gaps, and recommend optimisations.
  • Work with the E-Commerce Trading and Development teams to improve website functionality, user experience, and design enhancements.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure all content, links, and pages function seamlessly, resolving any issues with the development team.
  • Build, track and analyse promo code performance, providing insights on engagement and effectiveness.
  • Act as a key liaison between e-commerce, marketing, creative, and merchandising teams, ensuring content supports broader brand and commercial goals.
  • Work with our SEO agency to stay ahead of search trends and implement strategies that drive organic traffic growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity to identify industry trends and innovate content strategies for improved engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain and update key website content pages, including store locator, policies, and promotional landing pages.
