Purpose of the role:
To generatesales by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining impecablestore standards ensuring customer loyalty is retained.
Responsibilities
- Achievesales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
- Provideaccurate information about our product to the customer including features andbenefits and stock availability
- Promoteour multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Providean inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
- Processsales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
- Demonstrateflexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
