The Shopify / Omnichannel Business Analyst will play a critical role in the end-to-end implementation of a new Shopify-based eCommerce platform within a fashion retail environment. The role focuses on ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems—including Order Management System (OMS), Product Information Management (PIM), and Stock/Inventory Management systems—while enabling a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience.
This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, validated, and delivered in alignment with strategic objectives.

- Strong understanding of fashion retail processes:
- Seasonal merchandising
- SKU/variant complexity (size, colour)

- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
