Purpose Of The Role
The Wholesale team are critical to the success of delivering Crew’s Multi Channel Strategy. The Wholesale Coordinator will be responsible for tracking wholesale orders from supplier to delivery, communicating with our 3rd Party Logistics Partner, internal Wholesale team and Wholesale Customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the Wholesale Order Tracker, ensuring you and internal teams are updating as required in a timely manner.
- Produce weekly reports from the tracker, e.g. on-time delivery, late intake, Expected revenue vs Actual Revenue by week.
- Highlight product delays to Wholesale Team where required.
- Work with Stock Controller to ensure that the wholesale system stocks are aligned on the Crew and 3PL systems.
- Push picks through to the 3PL for picking making them aware of any deadlines and priorities.
- Arrange delivery bookings with customers.
- Ensure logistics requirements for each wholesale customer are met first time.
- Ensure Wholesale forecasts and priorities are communicated as timely and accurate as possible, applying corrective plans as required, and challenging internal teams where necessary.
- Support peak planning and take action to minimise risk to KPI performance.
- Manage reverse logistics through our 3PL ensuring visibility, speed, accuracy at minimal cost.
- Track final delivery with carriers and follow up any required actions to successful conclusion.
- Work with Crew departments to review processes and implement a culture of continuous improvement to increase control, accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the service delivered meets committed levels and where underperforming, own & drive the action plan to resolve.

Experience Required
Essential
- A task orientated result driven self starter.
- Ability to manage and work with 3rd Party Logistics & Distribution Providers.
- Ability to plan, manage and prioritise a busy workload.
- Ability to work alone and in the wider Crew Team to achieve objectives and deliver results.
- Numerate with great attention to detail.
- Strong levels of communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of MS AX or other Direct Fulfilment or Multi Channel Business system (ERP).
- WMS Systems, Preferably Red Prairie.
- Experience in BtoB fulfilment.
- Knowledge of 3rd Party Logistics Operations & Parcel Distribution Networks.
