Crew Clothing Aldeburgh is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time role on the south coast.
You will be accountable for driving store sales and KPI performance, recruiting, retaining and developing a team, and upholding exceptional visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
You will lead by example, manage payroll and expenses within budget, and ensure consistent brand standards and customer service excellence across the store.
