The Role
We are seeking a pragmatic and experienced Senior HR professional to take on a crucial, part-time, standalone role within our expanding creative business. This position offers significant autonomy, requiring a blend of hands-on operational delivery and strategic HR leadership across all generalist functions. The role is pivotal to supporting our international expansion. You will be instrumental in this growth, including involvement in setting up the new Amsterdam office. You will also be responsible for close partnership and coordination with our local HR consultants in Portugal and the Netherlands.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in a senior HR generalist role, ideally within a small to medium-sized business
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and practical HR application
- Experience supporting international teams and working with external HR consultants or advisors
- Comfortable operating as a standalone HR professional, owning the full HR function
- Confident, pragmatic and solutions-focused, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to balance operational delivery with strategic input
- Experience supporting European offices (Portugal and/or Netherlands experience is a plus)
- Background in a creative, design-led or professional services environment
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience
