Hijinx is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Cardiff, developing and delivering projects across the Creative Engagement programme and broader artistic work.
You will lead participatory projects with communities, oversee Odyssey Theatre, and shape new productions while nurturing freelance artists and collaborative teams. This is a 104-day-per-year, Cardiff-based role with occasional travel across Wales, the UK, and internationally.
