Sales Executive Manager – New Business (Manufacturing)

Our client, an Autodesk reseller is looking for two New Business Sales Executive Managers to drive growth within key industry verticals. These are hunter-focused roles, responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.

Role

• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within your assigned industry
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new customers
• Apply an Outcome-Based Selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver value-led solutions
• Lead sales conversations and presentations with senior decision-makers
• Position high-value solutions and services aligned to customer objectives
• Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals
• Work closely with pre-sales, delivery and customer success teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reporting
• Track market trends, competitors and industry developments

About You

• Proven success in new business sales / business development, ideally within software or SaaS
• Strong background in either:
  • AEC: design, construction, infrastructure, project delivery
  • Manufacturing: product development, engineering, production workflows
• Comfortable selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate business value
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• Willing to travel within the region as required
• Experience from construction technology, manufacturing software, or adjacent platforms is highly desirable. Candidates from outside traditional reseller channels are strongly encouraged to apply
