A leading global financial services organisation with a long-established presence across international markets is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join its Infrastructure Operations team. The business operates in a highly regulated environment, supporting mission-critical platforms used by millions of customers worldwide. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Windows-focused engineer who enjoys operational work, security hardening, and working within enterprise-scale infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting and administering Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments
  • Managing Active Directory, GPOs, DNS and authentication services
  • Supporting patching and vulnerability remediation activities
  • Monitoring infrastructure health, responding to incidents and alerts
  • Supporting virtualised platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
  • Assisting with Citrix, backup and recovery platforms (e.g. Veeam)
  • Contributing to infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvement projects

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Windows Infrastructure / Systems Administration role
  • Strong Windows Server and Active Directory experience
  • Exposure to patch management and security remediation
  • Experience supporting virtualised environments
  • Comfortable working in structured, enterprise environments

Nice to have:

  • Citrix (Virtual Apps & Desktops / NetScaler)
  • Backup & DR solutions
  • ITIL-based operations experience
