Two Sales Exec positions available - fully remote (apart from client visits).

Our client, an Autodesk reseller, is looking for two New Business Sales Executive Managers to drive growth within key industry verticals. These are hunter-focused roles, responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.

The Role
  • Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within your assigned industry.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new customers.
  • Apply an Outcome-Based Selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver value-led solutions.
  • Lead sales conversations and presentations with senior decision-makers.
  • Position high-value solutions and services aligned to customer objectives.
  • Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery and customer success teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reporting.
  • Track market trends, competitors and industry developments.
About You
  • Proven success in new business sales / business development, ideally within software or SaaS.
  • Strong background in either:
  • AEC: design, construction, infrastructure, project delivery.
  • Manufacturing: product development, engineering, production workflows.
  • Comfortable selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate business value.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Willing to travel within the region as required.
  • Experience from construction technology, manufacturing software, or adjacent platforms is highly desirable. Candidates from outside traditional reseller channels are strongly encouraged to apply.
