We are hiring for our client - a premium private health screening centre located in the heart of London. Our client specialises in structured health assessments, preventive medicine, and services tailored for their international clients, they are now expanding the clinical team and seeking qualified candidates to support their integrated, prevention-focused model of care.
Position: Chinese Speaking Practice Nurse
Location: Central London
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Mon-Fri: 09:00 - 18:00 / Sat: 10:00 - 16:00)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine health checks and physical examinations as part of comprehensive health screening programmes
Perform venepuncture (blood draw) and ensure correct labelling, handling, and transport of samples
Administer injections and vaccinations, including childhood immunisations, in line with clinical protocols and within assessed competence
Provide cervical screening sample taking (smear tests), with informed consent, appropriate chaperone arrangements, accurate sample labelling and support for results follow-up
Provide minor wound care and dressing, and monitor for signs of complications
Take and record vital signs, height/weight, ECGs, and other screening measurements as required
Prepare clients for procedures and diagnostic tests, and provide clear pre- and post-procedure guidance
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with NMC standards
Work collaboratively with GPs, prescribing nurses, and diagnostic teams to support client care
Ensure clinical practice complies with NMC standards and Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements
Communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure culturally sensitive care
Essential Requirements
Active NMC registration (Registered Nurse)
