We are hiring for our client - a premium private health screening centre located in the heart of London. Our client specialises in structured health assessments, preventive medicine, and services tailored for their international clients. They are now expanding the clinical team and seeking qualified candidates to support their integrated, prevention-focused model of care.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinic Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient client journey.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and screening programme logistics.
- Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and with cultural sensitivity.
- Assist with staff rostering, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination of clinical and front-of-house teams.
- Monitor stock levels of clinical and office supplies, and liaise with suppliers on ordering and inventory management.
- Support compliance with CQC, health and safety, and data protection (GDPR) requirements, including maintaining accurate records.
