Chinese speaking Social Media Specialist

Position: Social Media Specialist (AI Short Drama Overseas Distribution) Location: Remote / London - Hybrid (negotiable) Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English Role Summary We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Social Media Specialist / Operations Specialist to support thecompliant launch and distribution operations of AI short drama products in overseas markets, covering overseas entity qualification management, app store listing and overseas social media operations, to ensure lawful go-to-market and drive user growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Overseas Entity Qualification Management Maintain company records, developer accounts and merchant qualifications for overseas operating entities (UK, Hong Kong/Cayman, EU, etc.) and keep them in good standing Track platform and market requirements for content distribution (age rating, content review, data protection, advertising compliance) and implement remediation Liaise with external law firms, accountants and service providers on registration, renewal, changes and audit enquiries 2. App Store Listing & Store Operations Own account setup, app submission, version releases and review communication on the App Store, Google Play and other overseas channels Write and optimise store listings (ASO): titles, descriptions, keywords, and localised screenshots and video assets Manage in-app purchase/subscription configuration, tax and payment settings; monitor delisting and policy-change risks 3. Overseas Social Media Operations Build and run accounts on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X and similar platforms; set the content calendar and posting cadence Plan clips, trailers, hashtags and engagement campaigns around AI short drama content to grow reach and conversion Monitor performance data (impressions, engagement, download attribution), deliver weekly/monthly reports and propose optimisations Coordinate with overseas KOLs, communities and paid media teams on growth initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years in overseas distribution, go-to-market product operations or overseas social media; experience in short drama, web fiction or gaming publishing preferred Familiar with App Store and Google Play submission processes, review guidelines and ASO methods Working knowledge of overseas content compliance (GDPR, age rating, platform community guidelines); experience managing overseas entities or developer accounts Chinese and English as a working language (written and spoken) Proficient in using AI tools for content production and operations, and able to clearly explain how you work with AI Results-driven, with strong cross-time-zone collaboration and multitasking skills Nice to Have Led a 0-1 overseas distribution project Familiar with Meta / TikTok advertising Basic video editing and localised subtitle production skills Privacy Notice By applying for this vacancy, you acknowledge that Crestpoint HR Services will collect and process your personal information, including your CV and contact details, for recruitment purposes.
