About the role
This role is for our inaugural Forward Deployed Product Manager focused on AI Agents in the EMEA region.
You will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and refinement of AI Agents that significantly improve customer operations and enhance their client interactions.
This position requires a blend of product strategy, a focus on delivering tangible value, and leadership skills when engaging with senior client executives.
You will personally oversee the success of each AI Agent and the business outcomes it generates.

- What you’ll do
- Drive measurable results for customers through AI Agents, identifying opportunities for further automation and value.
- Manage the entire AI Agent deployment process, from initial planning and kickoff through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and test AI Agents, utilizing Cresta's internal tools and advanced technologies to maximize customer return on investment.
- Act as the subject matter expert for AI Agents during the EMEA sales cycle, assisting with demonstrations, solution design, and deal evaluations to confirm technical viability and value proposition.
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact for AI Agent initiatives and enabling customers to achieve their goals efficiently.
- Lead workshops and design sessions with customer stakeholders to define agent use cases, workflows, and success metrics.
- Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth deployments, develop new functionalities as needed, and provide feedback to enhance the core platform.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for AI Agent creation and customer deployments.
- Establish the foundation for the forward deployed practice in EMEA, setting standards for future team expansion.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting, implementation, product management, or customer success, with a preference for experience with AI or Large Language Model-based products.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, demonstrating curiosity and a drive to execute, anticipating needs and addressing challenges promptly.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, build relationships with senior client contacts, and collaborate effectively across different teams.
- A solid understanding of technology, systems thinking, and experience in building agents (personal projects are acceptable).
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and a capacity for rapid learning within a fast-paced startup environment.
