  • Preferred: Experience supporting multinational technology companies. Familiarity with works councils, collective consultation requirements, employee representative bodies, and cross-border employment issues within Europe and APAC. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion initiatives. Knowledge of privacy and employee data considerations, including GDPR-related employment matters.
