Planning Manager – Job purpose: The Planning Manager is responsible for advising the business on town planning matters, managing the planning application process on multiple projects, and engaging with key stakeholders to deliver successful planning outcomes.

  • Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) accredited degree.
  • Associate or Licentiate membership of RTPI (desirable).
  • Proven experience, of managing and delivering planning approvals for residential volume housing programmes.
