Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, working on a brand new 150 unit ‘new build’ housing development (mixture of houses and 4 blocks of apartments) with a further 2.5 years’ worth of work ahead. Responsible for delivery of a new housing development to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.
Senior Site Manager – About you:
You will be a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering projects above 100 units in size.
- Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management
- Professional Qualification to an appropriate level
- Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
- First Aid Trained
- SMSTS Qualified
