Receptionist/Office Administrator – 5* national residential developer\\nReceptionist/Office Administrator – Introduction:\\n * Role: Receptionist/Office Administrator – working in Customer Care team\\n * Reporting to: Head of Customer Care and Office Manager\\n * Salary: Competitive base salary and bonus\\n * Location: Eastleigh, Southampton\\n * Working arrangements: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunch\\n * Immediately available\\nReceptionist/ Office Administrator – About the role:\\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an Receptionist/ Office Administrator – to work in our South Coast office based in. The hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.\\nThe purpose of the role is to provide administrative support, primarily to our Customer Care team, but also other general admin duties. In the afternoons, whilst still carrying out the admin duties, you will need to ensure all calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and that paperwork in relation to the departments and regional offices are sorted and distributed effectively and efficiently.\\nReceptionist/ Office Administrator – The role will include:\\n * 9am – 12pm Office Administrator for customer care team\\n * 1pm – 5pm Afternoon Receptionist still being able to carry out admin duties\\n * To provide and perform general administration support to our customer care team\\n * General reception/switchboard duties in the afternoons including ensuring that reception area is presentable and visitors are dealt with quickly and efficiently.\\n * Receipt and co-ordination of deliveries to relevant departments ensuring that they are notified and to facilitate prompt collection.\\n * Responsibility for allocation, booking and co-ordination of meeting rooms.\\n * Cover morning receptions holidays and on the odd occasion sickness leave if a period of more than 1 day.\\nReceptionist/ Office Administrator – About you:\\n * A champion for customer care\\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills\\n * Excellent telephone manner\\n * Previous experience as Administrator / Receptionist, ideally a customer care backaground\\n * Friendly, bubbly personality\\n * Flexibility for cover in the job share part with morning receptionist\\n * Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook\\n * Ability to be well organised, self-motivated with high attention to detail\\n * Team player\\nReceptionist/ Office Administrator – What about the benefits package?\\n * Competitive base salary\\n * Company bonus scheme\\n * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays\\n * Company pension scheme\\n * Private healthcare\\n * Life assurance\\n * Extensive choice of corporate benefits
