About the role: Project Manager working on a brand new and prestigious ‘new build’ housing development. Responsible for the delivery of 55 new homes, ranging from two to five-bedroom homes, including a collection of larger detached family homes. These homes are to be built to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.
About you: You will be a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a regional developer/contractor or national PLC developer; and with experience delivering projects above 50 units in size.
- Demonstrable track record of residential house building site/project management
- A passion for building the highest quality 5* homes
- A passion for delivering 5* customer service
- Attention to detail and quality focussed
- Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders regarding reporting issues and finding a resolution
- Ability to identify issues in readiness to prevent program failure
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
- Professional qualification to an appropriate level
- SMSTS Qualified
- First Aid Trained
