In your role, you will oversee an on-site Assistant Site Manager and report into a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager.
You will have a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor:
- Demonstrable track record of residential house building site management.
- Professional qualification to an appropriate level.
- Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail.
- First Aid Trained.
- SMSTS Qualified.
