Reporting to: Managing Director

Location and geographical remit: South West of England

Working arrangements: Flexible working between office, site and 1 day per week working from home. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we are also committed to supporting flexible working, where possible.

About the role: As our Marketing Manager, you will market our developments effectively and efficiently in line with the company brand and marketing guidelines, generating and maintaining a targeted volume of quality sales leads through the devised marketing programme/strategy. You will lead our business on all marketing, communications and brand related matters, ensuring that high quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
