Position: Estimator

Reporting to: Senior Estimator

Open to: Estimators working for a residential developer, housing association, main contractor or consultancy

Region: South West region covering Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset

About us: 5* and leading Housing Association with an excellent pipeline of work across the Western region covering Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset

Salary: Competitive base salary and excellent (and extensive) choice of company benefits - industry leading including 27 days holiday; flexible working (office 2-3 days a week); cycle to work scheme and other benefits; and employer contribution of up to 10%.

Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements on offer between home and office (3:2)
