Due to continued growth and expansion across South and East Wales, they are looking to strengthen their Land discipline with the appointment of a Land Manager or experienced Land Buyer looking to step up.

About you/experience:
- Currently in an active Land Buyer / Land Manager role with a robust and demonstrable track record of acquiring land
- Experience working for a residential developer, main contractor or housing association
- Extensive knowledge of the South and East Wales operating region
- A relevant construction qualification or proven experience in land acquisition, procurement and management
- Understanding of the planning system
