Company Overview: Our client is a multiple award winning and leading social housebuilding organisation and residential developer specialising in new build development; and for social and affordable housing. Due to continued growth and expansion across South and East Wales, they are looking to strengthen their Land discipline with the appointment of a Land Manager or experienced Land Buyer looking to step up.

About you/experience:

  • Currently in an active Land Buyer / Land Manager role with a robust and demonstrable track record of acquiring land
  • Experience working for a residential developer, main contractor or housing association
  • Extensive knowledge of the South and East Wales operating region
  • A relevant construction qualification or proven experience in land acquisition, procurement and management
  • Understanding of the planning system
