Client: National independent and privately owned 5* house builder

Salary: Up to £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (DOE), bonus, pension, healthcare, life insurance, life assurance, extensive choice of company-wide benefits, retail benefits, Annual leave – 26 days + day off for birthday plus public holidays

What I like about this role: This is brand new region for our client and the Bristol, South West region is going to be their springboard and launchpad across the South West region. To work in collaboration with other team members to deliver development projects across a programme and support on schemes from feasibility right through to completion.

Technical Administrator – What’s the role?

  • To liaise with & support the Technical Director and other colleagues on administrative matters relating to projects.
  • To support the Technical Director in monitoring of project budgets against deliverables.
  • Administrative Support Professional to deliver efficient, customer-focused support to technical staff.
  • Liaise with consultants, maintaining development records, and assisting with planning submissions.
  • To work in collaboration with other team members to deliver development projects across a programme and support on schemes from feasibility right through to completion.
  • To coordinate information on projects.
  • Respond to queries as they arise.

Technical Administrator – About you:

  • Previous experience as a Technical Assistant, Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
  • Experience of collaborative working and excellent organisational skills.
  • Previous experience working in the housing building and construction is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of design, and good working knowledge of building regulations and the planning system is desirable but not essential.
