About the development: 150 unit ‘new build’ housing development (mixture of houses and 4 blocks of apartments) with a further 2.5 years’ worth of work ahead.

Working arrangements: On site Project Manager
About the role: Responsible for delivery of a new housing development to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.
About you:
- You will be a Project Manager (or experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager looking to step up), with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering projects above 100 units in size.
- Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management.
- Professional Qualification to an appropriate level.
- Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail.
- First Aid Trained.
- SMSTS Qualified.
