Reporting to: Managing Director
Location and geographical remit: South West of England
Working arrangements: Flexible working between office, site and 1 day per week working from home. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we’re also committed to supporting flexible working, where possible.
As our Marketing Manager, you will market our developments effectively and efficiently in line with the company brand and marketing guidelines, generating and maintaining a targeted volume of quality sales leads through the devised marketing programme/strategy. You will lead our business on all marketing, communications and brand related matters, ensuring that high quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.

About you:
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager
- Marketing qualification (CIM)
- Proven experience within housebuilding, residential development, estate agency or general construction
- Relevant experience in similar marketing role within the residential property market
- Proven experience of both online and offline marketing
- Experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Proven interpersonal / motivational skills
- Energetic with positive attitude
- Excellent verbal, spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Confidence to ‘sell’ ideas
- Innovative and creative thinker
