Bristol Full-Time No home office possible

Region: South West region – brand new operating region
Salary: Salary up to £70,000 per annum, company car/car allowance and land related bonus
Reports to: Land and Development Director
Remit: Land discipline
Working on: New build developments and partnership agreements
Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements between home, office and site

Land and Partnership Manager – About you/experience:

Currently in an active Land Buyer / Land Manager role with a robust and demonstrable track record of acquiring land
Experience working for a residential developer, main contractor or housing association
Extensive knowledge of the Bristol and South West region
A relevant construction qualification or proven experience in land acquisition, procurement and management.
Understanding of the planning system & process and its impact on land acquisition & deal structure
Able to work well as part of a team but also independently when required
Good financial acumen, commercially aware and a sound understanding of development
A good communicator with a driven personality who gets things done
A self-starter, motivated to succeed and to make a positive impact on a growing business
An understanding of ‘Partnership’ housing an advantage
