Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor * Location: Bath, South West * About us: Multiple award-winning developer based in Bath and who are most proud of their culture and values * Role: Open to Trainee and existing Assistant Quantity Surveyors from a main contracting or housing background * Geographical region: Avon, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Somerset * Remit: South West Commercial team * Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements on offer between home (2 days), office and sites Assistant Quantity Surveyor – About the role: As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of the Commercial team, working on two new build housing developments in Wiltshire and Somerset. Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor, you will assist with commercial and surveying responsibilities for a site. Assist in compiling all necessary reports and schedules as required, and undertake all general commercial administrative duties, including filing, emails, chasing down emails and phone calls, and ensuring a general tidiness to Commercial presentation.
