Experience working in the construction industry - either working for a residential developer, main contractor, consultancy, housing association or residential/mixed-use developer.
Reporting to: Head of Commercial.
Office location: Responsible for 1 to 2 new build housing developments within our Bristol and South West operating region, under the guidance and support of the Head of Commercial.
Flexible working arrangements including 2 days working from home, 2 days working from the office and 1 day working from site; and flexible start and finish times.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - About the role:
Due to the continued growth and expansion across the Bristol and South West region and with an increased pipeline of work, they are looking to strengthen their Commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step up, to work alongside and for the Head of Commercial.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of the Commercial team and be responsible for 1 to 2 new build housing developments; and under the guidance and support of our Commercial Manager.
Senior Quantity Surveyor - About you:
- An existing Senior Quantity Surveyor or experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step up
- Experience working in the construction industry - either working for a residential developer, main contractor, consultancy, housing association or residential/mixed-use developer
- Have completed a degree/college education in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Purchasing or a related degree
