Location: Bath, South West.
Geographical region: Avon, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Somerset.
Developments responsible for: 2 new build developments in Wiltshire and Somerset.
Remit: South West Commercial team.
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of the Commercial team, working on two new build housing developments in Wiltshire and Somerset. Reporting to the Quantity Surveyor, you will assist with commercial and surveying responsibilities for a site. You will assist in compiling all necessary reports and schedules as required, and undertake all general commercial administrative duties, including filing, emails, chasing down emails and phone calls, and ensuring a general tidiness to Commercial presentation. A keen learner, willing to assist with all sub-contractor procedures and processes, materials and goods, whilst always checking compliance with Group Policies and Procedure.
