We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our growing regional business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality mixed-tenure residential developments.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be a confident leader and excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.

- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential housebuilding or mixed-tenure residential developments
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of timber frame construction
- Thorough understanding of Sustainable Drainage Systems (Su DS) and their implementation on residential developments
- Good working knowledge of Sustainable Drainage Approval Body (SAB) requirements and approval processes
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work packages
- Ability to lead meetings and provide clear updates to clients and senior management
