Not your average entry-level role. BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's biggest household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas. We're expanding, and we're looking for driven individuals who want to build real skills in marketing, sales, and leadership from day one - not in a classroom, not behind a screen, but in the field with real customers and real results.

If you're the kind of person who backs themselves, works well with people, and wants a career that moves as fast as you do - this is worth your time.

The Role

This is a field-based marketing position where you'll represent our brand partners directly with customers in residential and event settings. Day to day, you'll be:

  • Engaging customers and communicating products and services with confidence
  • Representing established UK brands in a professional, face-to-face environment
  • Contributing to live marketing campaigns and tracking your own performance
  • Developing your leadership and communication skills through hands-on experience

No two days are the same. The pace is fast, the feedback is immediate, and the growth is real.

Training & Development

You won't be thrown in the deep end. Every new team member goes through structured training covering:

  • Customer engagement and professional communication
  • Brand representation and campaign delivery
  • Performance tracking and personal development
  • Leadership foundations and team coordination

Training is ongoing - we invest in people who invest in themselves.

Progression

BasePoint promotes from within. There is no seniority queue here - progression is based entirely on performance and attitude. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Mentor and support new team members
  • Coordinate and lead campaign activity
  • Step into leadership and team management roles

The people currently leading our teams started exactly where you'd be starting.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a degree or a sales background. You do need:

  • A genuine interest in people and communication
  • A preference for hands-on, active work over desk-based roles
  • A competitive edge and a willingness to be coached
  • Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, events, or customer service is a plus — but plenty of our best performers came in with none of it.

A Few Practical Points

Full-time, on-site role based in London. Self-employed structure with performance-based earnings. Working hours vary depending on campaign schedules. OTE reflects realistic on-target earnings for full-time performance.
