We are currently looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our Midlands Division on our Marston Leys development in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire. Our Marston Leys development boasts a range of beautifully designed 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes, designed for modern families, young professionals and downsizers. This new build development brings together high-quality design, energy efficiency and a great location at the heart of a growing community.

What experience do I need? New Homes Sales experience would be advantageous, however we will consider applicants from any sales/customer service backgrounds.
What type of people are we looking for? You’ll naturally be a confident and charismatic character with the knowledge and experience of using your creativity and ability to think outside the box to achieve your goals and succeed as a progressive Sales Executive. This role requires weekend working both Saturdays and Sundays.
