Crest Nicholson's well established Yorkshire division are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team working from our Leeds Office, where you will be covering developments across the region. As a leading New Homes Developer with a history of creating well-designed sustainable communities for over 50 years, we're proud to hold a well-regarded capability for delivering award-winning developments, recognised by the NHBC and industry-leading Commercial, Design and Customer Service bodies.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement and payment of sub-contractors for complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor with previous Housebuilding/Residential Main Contractor experience looking for career progression. You must have an excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of value engineering, cost control, budgeting and forecasting and COIN's experience. You'll be a numbers driven person, commercially aware and with strong problem solving skills.

With a growing pipeline of talented Apprentices and Graduates in the team, you will lead by example and focus on building a strong team ethic and working relationships both with your team, the regional teams and external partners. Your qualifications and memberships will be aligned to Senior Surveyor level within the industry.
