Crest Nicholson is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join on a 1-year fixed-term basis. You will manage communications with residents, contractors, freeholders and management companies across multiple projects, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
You will liaise with site managers to monitor the Government Remediation Code compliance, attend meetings, and proactively improve the customer experience from assessment to completion.
