Crest Nicholson's Special Projects Division are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to play a crucial role and join their growing Remediation Engagement Team. As Resident Liaison Officer you will be responsible for communications and relationships with freeholders, management companies, leaseholders and residents across a number of projects from scoping stage through to completion of remediation.
Typical Duties:
- Ensuring that clear and understandable communications are provided which must include bi-monthly newsletters.
- Carrying out the duties highlighted in the communications strategy for Special Projects Division for this role.
- Liaise with on-site construction team and site managers to obtain updates and ensure that any issues highlighted by residents are resolved in a timely manner and communicate outcomes of any issues back to the customer.
- Working with the complaints manager and co-ordinator, respond to any queries from residents/leaseholder/Responsible Entities/managing agents.
- Attending meetings with Responsible Entities and residents.
Desired Experience / Attributes:
- Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer capacity.
- Previous experience of undertaking resident-facing meetings and meetings with Responsible Entities.
- Previous experience of producing newsletters in previous Resident Liaison role(s).
- Excellent communicator.
- Valid driving license (To allow for travel to meetings).
